Simon has 38 year’s experience in the construction sector. This includes a wealth of consultancy experience having been a director of one of the UK’s leading building services consultancies. He also previously worked for a major specialist clean room and laboratory contractor.

Simon was also at the fore in forming a construction consultancy business focused on clients and projects in the MENA region.

Dale is a chartered building services engineer, with over 30 years experience, in both consultancy and client environments. He was responsible for the financial management, personnel management and overall success of a commercial operation.

Dale’s design portfolio is extensive across many sectors and he is a keen advocate of fabric first, low carbon passive engineering solutions.

Ryan is a degree qualified Mechanical Engineer having previously worked at a large Building Services practice and a Sustainability Consultants.

Ryan has had extensive experience working on large, high value projects in the BIM Manager role. Duties include running clash detection, reporting and chairing BIM meetings, guiding sub-contractors, managing CDE’s, and ensuring adherence to the BEP across all designers.

Ryan works across MEP Design and Cost consulting through his knowledge of BIM.

Dave has over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry and is a member of RICS. He commenced his career with a national M&E Contractor in the North of England and has experience of work in many sectors including power stations, production facilities, commercial, residential, healthcare and education projects.

Dave has a detailed knowledge of the construction industry in both the concept contractual stage and in depth contract management and dispute resolution.

Martyn has over 40 years of experience in the Building Services sector and has been a Director of a leading National Building Services Contractor for over 15 yrs. Martyn was one of the founding members of BSAP and as such has had a hands on role in its development over the last 8 years. His primary function is Pre Construction Cost planning and design integration of costs.

Martyn has also held a number of other business Director positions out with of his Building services experience and was a Director of an Analytical Services Laboratory orchestrating the sale to a third party.
